How to convert old bvr files to mp4?

Learning as I go along while I schedule move/convert to mp4 I wish to convert all my old clips to mp4. How do I do that?
Also I prefer single bvr/mp4 file for each day, not multiple clips. How can I do that?

1) clips and archiving there is a setting there...will consume resources...no real point in doing this as you can convert to mp4 anytime you actually need footage.
2) combine and cut

I just wanted to view on another computer two weeks of 3 camera recordings once.
I can schedule future needs.

Without disturbing 1/2 day old recordings move new->stored->aux1 1day/2days/4days
how do I convert files from 9/10/16 through 9/17/16 that I put in aux5 ??
I setup aux5 to move to aux6 if more than 1 day and convert to mp4 and store in oldmp4 folder
so far nothing is moved and oldmp4 gets what mp4 should have got.
What am I doing wrong???
