how to display camera in my software from web.

hi guys, i need your help. here is site of camera http://85.118.108.198/plugin/index.htm it needs password ofc.
all i need is to make it show in my software, all i know is this ip address. i do not know port, but i think it is 80. and i do not know camera brand or model. i just have this ip.
can't i connect to camera from my software with just this ip? like i do it with browser..
which softwere should i use? i tried axxon next but it was unable to locate this ip, although it should be avaliable cause i can get it with browser. now i installed ipcamera viewer but it needs to specifi brand and model which i do not know so it is unable to find anything too...

ip camviewer mobile app has a scan tool to find the camera model.

Judging by its use of activex, it is probably some obscure chinese brand. I do not recognize the login page.
