how to download sound from a DS-7632N-E2 / 8P ??

i have a hikvision DS-7632N-E2 / 8P with a dahua camera on it that records sound, when i play it back through internet explorer i can hear everything that is occurring, but when i download the file through internet explorer there is no sound on it.
how do you get a file off this NVR with sound??

Is this from the 'clip' facility or from the 'download' facility in Playback?
I've done this OK using the clip facility with a Dahua camera connected to a DS-7816N-E2 NVR though I did need to re-process the sample rate.

ah ha, i learnt something today i never really thought about as i remember i have had sound int he past at times, it is after recoding the file using xmedia recode.
i recoded these files and it has sound now.
