How to enable OpenWeatherMaps on camera video in Blue Iris 5.9.9.32 ?

I have this latest stable BI release, have installed it and have the BI settings location tab fields populated with my geographical data and the OpenWeatherMap API key.
The weather updates successfully every 15 minutes.
The BI user manual states that a number of macros should then be available but there are none to select on the BI settings macro tab.

What am I missing?

Camera settings, Video tab, Edit Overlays, add text/time... But... I find the temp way off from my area...

As per the instructions, all you need is %050 in that box, and it will properly populate.
