how to get image from hikvision cameras using a url in browser?

I have a Samsung IP camera I have had for may years and I can stick this URL in my browser and it will return the image it sees at the time of command
http://192.168.1.139:10000/video?submenu=jpg

is there any type of url like that we can use on hikvision cameras to return a static image of what it see when url entered in browser? looking at wanting to do it with a 2332 camera.

thanks, that works perfectly. I have a similar script setup i made for my Samsung camera but not as good as yours.
