How to integrate two BI servers?

If I have two separate BI servers as a temporary solution. Later planning to use one powerful server instad of two. I want to keep some recordings permanently. How to import clips/recordings and database entries from two serwers to new one?
Moving clips probably isn't enough if there is no separate database entries.
Is there any way to combine two BI into one?
