hi all, i would like to know if anyone found a method to change the setting of cameras or nvr hikvision remotely without opening the doors. I have 2 ip cameras 2cd2345 fwdi connected to a 4g router with sim. unfortunately I do not have the possibility to open the doors on the huawei router as the ip is nattato I tried via ivms 4200 from the pc then I access the hikconnect sccount but I immediately see an error: opening remote configuration failed. the device doesen't support this function or network is exceptional .
possible that hikvision does not give the possibility to make changes remotely? thanks..
