How to remove BI completely before a reinstall?

Good day!

Thank you for reading my email! I would like to start over with a fresh install but my old settings continue to be installed when do a new install. To uninstall, I have tried the following: - BI uninstaller, Windows uninstaller, and finally Revo Uninstaller. After uninstall, I would edit the reg and delete the following:



I would restart the PC and do the installation. All my old settings and even cameras will be there waiting for me! Ug... I have searched the net and tried various things. Do you have any suggestions?

Not sure if you try to see if the following folders are left after the uninstall?

C:\ProgramData\Blue Iris
C:\Program Files\Blue Iris 5
