How to reset Hikvision model HWD-6108MH?

Hi!

Currently I hava a hikvsion device, model HWD-6108MH and I can't to reset. I don't have admin credentials and the motherboard (80430_P) don't have a reset button. Somebody can help me?
I try to reinstall the firmware but I don't know how to configure restore mode to the device.. I use TFTP but the device don't send the request through udp port (69)
I try to jump some connectors in the otherboard without successs.

Please, any ideas? Many thanks!

Contact your dealer, reset is easy and can be done with SADP (exporting xml and sending it to support, then you will receive another file for reset). But only if the device comes from official channels, if not they wont move a finger.
