i am an installer who is doing some repairs in a health centre in my community. The problem is that the client forgot their DVR password and can only remember the pattern. However, when they try to enter the password on the remote view app, it is saying invalid password. They haven't set up a Secret question nor set up the GUID file. Is there anyway to fix this? I tried using SADP tools, and it sees the DVR as active, but i cant go any further. I been researching on google and youtube about how to fix this, and came across this website. Seem interested as you guys know exactly what you are doing. Attach is the .xml file for the DVR.
