How to save a screeenShot to NAs?

Hey,

I have a Qnap that manage all the video and save, all work fine.
I want also to get all screenshot from motion detection, I add the info of my NAS to the camera.
but still, non of the screenshot is saved.

what i miss here? my this work only if I will save all the data via nas and not use the Qnap record manager?

That is not what I said. It depends on the camera. Some of my cameras will allow motion detection events to be recorded and uploaded via FTP. Some of them will use avi format and some will use h264 format. Some cameras will only allow small size (second stream) video/pictures to be saved to FTP. All of it depends on the camera.
