How to set up motion detection notifications on Hik connect App

Hello,

how do I get alarm notifications (line crossing) on the mobile app. I can view and playback through IVMS 4500 and hik connect mobile apps but am not getting notifications or alarm logs in the app. They are working perfectly on desktop on IVMS 4200.

Would appreciate any advice regarding this.

Also since yesterday the email notifications have stopped. I had already previously made the change to Gmail to allow third party access
