How to trigger alarm out manually via ivms-4500?

Hi,
I have a nvr DS-7608NI-E2/8P and 5 ip cameras 2120F-IWS which have alarm out port.
If I using ivms-4500 to live view those ip cameras individually, i can trigger alarm out ON/OFF manually.
The problem is when I connect ip cameras to my NVR, using ivms-4500 to live view NVR. I click alarm button, the app displays: "No alarm output is available".
I'm stuck at this. Tried many ways but no lucky.
Did you guys have the same problem?

This may depend on the version of firmware in the NVR.
Hikvision have progressively added support for camera advanced features through the firmware revisions they have published.

I'm using latest firmware version v3.4.90 for my NVR.
