I have 6 Dahua cameras and a Dahua NVR connected and recording.
I noticed from the monitor connected directly to the NVR, I can view about a month and a half worth of previous recorded videos (I have 4TB HDD installed).
However, from the gDMSS Plus app (android), it only lets me view 1 hour.
That is a HUGE difference (1 hr vs a month and a half).
How can I increase the amount that is viewable from the gDMSS app since the HDD has the recording?
Is it related to the setting:
Storage > Basic > Create Video Files > Time Length = 60 mins
I read that setting is similar to "Pack duration". However this Time Length value cannot be changed from 60 mins if it is even the correct setting to allow gDMSS to make more of the recording viewable.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to view from my gDMSS app all month and a half previous recorded video that is on my HDD and is available from my monitor when directly connect.
(Also, how come some NVR articles talk about "Pack duration" but mine shows "Create Video Files"? Which is the newer version and if mine is older, how do I upgrade?)
