Not sure what the TV station did to the video, not very good when they expound on the robbery and go into detail (zoom, freeze-frame, slo-mo, etc.) considering at the very beginning of the broadcast when it's on the monitor wall behind her it looks pretty good to me.

If that was the "raw" video it was pretty poor but given it most likely came from a "kit" from Costco or Amazon it wasn't too bad. Certainly not useable for positive identification or evidence of anything other than something happened.

This occured at 1:30 PM so the sun would be high in the sky with plenty of sunlight. I would imagine that the night pictures would be pretty bad.
