I have found a few computer on Ebay but seem to be on the high end. I saw several like this one HP 4DP54UT#ABA EliteDesk 800 G4 -SFF Desktop- Core i5-8500 3GHz 8GB 256GB W10P 192545509039 | eBay But it is way over priced. I am thinking 300-450 range and wont run more than 8 - 10 cameras and already have 1 8TB WD 3.5HDD and 1 4TB 3.5HDD that was on my old setup with a NVR. Going to change to Blue Iris and see how I like it compared to our old house. Any ideas or help is appreciated...
