Apologies if this is an old topic but I need some assistance on an IP Camera I received today. I purchased the V2 1080p Huisun IP Camera with x10 Optical Zoom.
The PTZ function is awesome and the images are crystal clear. I have 2 issues however:
1) The path where the files are kept are hardcoded so when you attempt to change the destination file the record and capture function no longer work, if you change back to default it works fine but I'm unable to access it as it seems to be a hidden folder even though I have enable all paths, folders and files to be accessed. Any Ideas?
2) Does anyone know of a good working Android App for this device? I've tried a number of them but none seem to work except for IP Cam Basic Viewer but it lags quite a bit. They've recommended secureeye but can't get it working for the life of me
Really appreciate any recommendations you may have to sort out this issue
