i bought a hikvision ds7908 in china didnt know it only has chinese.... any 1 know how to change to english or flashing with a english version??

Flashing with an EN/ML firmware will brick the NVR with a bootloop.
The only solution is 'hacked to English' firmware.
Maybe ask the seller if they would supply some for you - you never know.
