I have a problem with a Dome camera

Hello everybody,

I'm having a problem with all of my cameras. I purchased several models a while ago on Aliexpress including the model: DM-RDC305FHPT-KS20HB.
Here is the notice.
I find that the IP address once the camera is plugged in is 192.168.0.99, when I ping from my computer it doesn't respond.
When I go to the camera's internal website through an internet browser, it doesn't work either.
The camera is connected via RJ45 to the same router as the computer.

Can you help me ?

That's in a different IP address range, so to connect to the camera you need to temporarily change it to a value in the same range as the camera.

Change the computer IP address to 192.168.0.100 and try to access the camera using the browser.

which NVR box can you recommend? Can we view the cameras other than from the browser? Smart pss does not work. Thanks a lot !!
