Thank You. I looked around the Hikvision website and could not find a 4K PTZ with a 1/1.2" sensor.
Trust me, with 53X zoom those boobies are going to be just as crisp!

Interesting, The one I had did NOT have the gyroscope, while yours seems to have it.Having no experience with Hik PTZ's I recently bought a TandemVú DS-2SE7C432MW-AEB 14F1 from B&H for a very good price and yeah this shit wobbles when the panning stops but not as extreme as yours was. From my Dahua side none of them do this from all the sd5 to sd59 and sd4 I have.
Refund yet?!?Interesting yea your does similar shake but not as bad as the one I had. Wonder if you turn on the EIS does it get any better. One thing to note is that I do have Dahua PTZ and none of them ever had this kind of wobble.
Its lot faster than my other ones and maybe faster than my sd5a825. For only 375 its really impressive with all the features, specs and, auto tracking. When you change the presets, it does shake a little when it stops. However, it takes that long for the camera to refocus on the new subject. IMHO it is not that bad.
i have a question about this one, the bullet camera not the ptzHaving no experience with Hik PTZ's I recently bought a TandemVú DS-2SE7C432MW-AEB 14F1 from B&H for a very good price and yeah this shit wobbles when the panning stops but not as extreme as yours was. Listed as "[Bullet channel]: Horizontal field of view: 88.7°, Vertical field of view: 44.7°;" The higher end models have some slight adjustability to the panorama bullet. I do not know the angle of tilt this has. Keep in mind the bullets are color only. Dahua's models seem to have electronic or manual adjustmenti have a question about this one, the bullet camera not the ptz
i know it is static and cannot be adjusted right?
what is the vertical angle of it? i cant seem to find the information here
i might want to buy one, not sure yet, but it would be installed about 9-10 feet above ground, i would like to know what it would "show", i do not know if it's too close to the ground or not
Any day now, Andy is going to process the refund. I just sent him the information he needed to proceed.Refund yet?!?
Appreciate the follow up and explanation of the current status.Any day now, Andy is going to process the refund. I just sent him the information he needed to proceed.
Last I heard, Andy and Hikvision were still going back and forth on the issue, with Hikvision essentially claiming the shaking was normal. This was after they tried to fix it by adjusting the control pan/tilt speeds with software. When that didn’t work, they started saying it was just normal. Dahua, on the other hand, seems to have better PTZ cameras, where shaking isn’t an issue—or at least, I haven't seen it.
