I need a ip camera with pre record 30 second, suggestions?

I need a ip camera with pre record 30 seconds. I found only max 5 seconds. I don't wanna use nvr to do this

Best option is Record continuously to an SD card. Then you can review all footage.

To get any buffered, pre-trigger, video whether its 3 seconds or ten minutes, the camera needs to be constantly recording. It can't go back in time to get what happened previously any other way.

I record 24/7/365 with Blue Iris. Works 100% with no drama or glitches, been recording continuously now for well over one year.

Once you start recording 24/7 you will never go back to motion type clips only (assume that is what you are mentioning).
