Y yasser Young grasshopper Apr 17, 2016 39 2 Oct 8, 2018 #1 a problem happened in power supply for my system it causes to Breakdown for Ds-2cd2t42wd camera. the Red leds are on all time , the camera don't appear on SADP tool and TFTP cant see the camera. I do not have enough experience to solve this error.

Click to expand... What makes you think it is a power supply fault? That camera just has one board (apart from the sensor), so this sounds like a hardware fault.

I found that my power supply output voltage is 4.3 v , after that this problem appeared

Was this the 12v external power supply you were using to power the camera? And you've replaced it an the camera is no longer working?
