I need help

Please, anyone. We use LUMA at work and the email security changes make email notification upon motion detection impossible. Installed iVMCS-4500 on my phone to get push notification when alarm is set off. It works great locally in vicinity of my router but, when using cellular to try to connect device I get a "connection failed" error. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I can see the cameras fine, in live view.

Welcome to the forum..I believe the push notifications require port 80/http port to be forwarded as well. Viewing only requires the media port.

I see an 80 next to http port in configuration.
554 next to rtsp
443 next to https
8000 next to server

What ports have you forwarded?
To be clear, on cellular you can see video but cant enable push?
