Hello
i have reset the dvr through SADP but the admin password in dvr is pin based
i created the another operator but i dont know it will work
there is problem that live view does not work on iVMS-4500 the error show that
the device has enable stream encryption
idk how to solve the problem
i want to get live view
and there is any way to stop recording through mobile app or browser

but look on the bottom of your nvr the sticker has the key also called verification code
enter that and you should see the feed
write that down or take a photo on your phone its all capital letters too when entering it in

and other place where can i find that code as it is wall mounted in the setting page or web configure page?
and there is any way to manage recording when to record or not to record through mobile app or browser

You will have to umount it and write it down unfortunately.
Only the serial number will show on line
Under storage there is a box you clear and set when to record either motion
Alarm or continuous
If the cameras have sd cards you set there recording schedule up on there web GUI and access there recording from there web GUI and tick upload to
Sd card
Setting a full recording schedule from the app to date I haven’t seen possible
Only record live view (sub stream) and it saves to you phone or tablet

But it has the verification code in platform under network and live view does work now
