i have samsung techwin snp-6200rh.
it works well with 4.0.1.x

but with 4.0.2, it shows 'no signal, i/o error : 0'.

:( any idea?

can i get older version?
 
I too am having the same problem after the update with a Samsung SNH-P6410BN camera. I have sent an email to Blue Iris support, I will try to roll my version back in the meantime.
 
As an update, I worked with Blue Iris technical support yesterday to get this issue resolved. He subsequently released version 4.0.2.1 shortly after to fix this issue. It is safe to upgrade to this version now with Samsung RTSP cameras.
