Ideal focus & zoom settings for DH-SD22204UE-GN ??

I have had the DH-SD22204UE-GN for over a year now and trying to still figure out a couple things to improve it's performance

1. Every so often the camera looses its focus and doesn't recover till i hit reinitiatlize lens or reboot ---- no other Dahua ptz has this behavior
2. I notice the camera drifts its primary position to the right over a period of time (is it best practice to schedule camera to reboot every so often?) no other Dahua ptz has this behavior

Just make a hard reset on the camera, press the reset button for 5-7 seconds.
