I'm using the latest iDMSS app on an iPhone X and connecting to a NVR-4216-I on the latest firmware. I have push notifications enabled for the IVS tripwire alarm for 4 different NVR channels. The notifications are working properly for only 3 of the 4 channels. The tripwire function is working properly, as events are showing up in the log on the NVR for the channel in question, and the tripwire function is properly triggering the hardware alarm output on the NVR.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and reconfiguring everything after reinstallation, but this one channel still won't issue push alerts for the IVS function. What can I try next?
