Hi can anyone please help me i got a iDS-7208HUHI-K1/4S DVR it was working fine but started crashing for no reason did a check on 3tb WD purple HDD and all fine now it wont start up it stuck on welcome system is starting for about 5 minutes then restarts

yep tried it and no diffrence tried diffrent power supply and no diffrent
