Hey everyone I'm new but having a few problems already.

I paid for the full version and paid via PayPal using the email suggested if the server wasn't working. I still haven't received my serial key.

I have emailed support and had no response.

Can anyone help

Hi thanks for your reply, yes that's right Blue Iris, I was just wondering what the time scale was for processing new orders? If this is an automatically generated system I never recieved a serial for this software. I can be patient

I've also tried to contact them (support@blueirissoftware.com)to ask if they could confirm they recieved my payment and clarify the time it takes for me to get the serial but no repsonse

I'm sure he will get to you. Since you had to use the alternative (Paypal) maybe the server is still down. In the mean time play with and get used to the software, there is a lot to take in.
