Image Format size grayed out

Size stuck at 856 x 380. Doesn't matter what size is set at in the camera, a Dahua, think it's a white label purchased from Andy on Amazon. Can't find the model anywhere including the camera web interface. Camera is currently set to max res 2688 X 1520. I've set it to 1920 X 1080 and it makes no difference. Is it supposed to be grayed out?

Set it to the maximum native resolultion. Raise the main stream bit rate to 6192, CBR. Set the frame rate at 15. Set the iframe rate at 15. Set the sub stream bit rate at 1024, CBR. Set the frame rate to 15. Set the iframe rate to 15. Shut off sub stream 2 unless you need it for some esoteric reason.

Go back into BI and do a find/inspect of the camera again. Make sure the credentials, user and password, are correct when you do that, and that includes the ONVIF user password of the camera matching the login password.
