Image parameters switch missing

I ended up getting the ds-2cd2345g0p-i and am satisfied with it except for 1 thing. The image parameters switch section is missing in web gui. The manual does give instructions for it, though. I downloaded the most recent firmware 5.6.820_220519. It is a G1 do not sure if that would be related. Anyone ever seen this on any hikvisions?

Some of these cameras can be browser dependent.

Try internet explorer (yeah we know) or Pale Moon. Not Edge with IE tab but plain ole Explorer.
