New York City hasn't always been a cesspool.
Rudy Giuliani cleaned up a LOT of NYC during his terms.
Used to be a great place to visit/vacation every few years.

Is it me or does it look like they are panning around on still image....no waves moving in the water, no boats bobbing at their morring, no traffic moving on bridge, sky crane workers frozen in place?
