It looks to me like the refurb items are advertised only on IPCT. Put them on the web site and you're competing with the rest of the world.

I ordered my ptz 3 days before you and got it delivered on July 28th. I didn't get any tracking number also. I was a little surprised when I saw the package at my front door on the Color4k-X. I ran to the front door to grab it inside the house. I don't want to give any porch pirate a chance to touch my ptz. :headbang:

almost received my ptz today, It was delivered, but it wasn't :(

usps tracking says delivery was completed - 2 packages - only one was delivered - I have it on camera - maybe the second one will find its way here

Yes, and it happens that it just was delivered.. :)
It probably was in the back of his little jeep, and he forgot to look back there yesterday.
I wont be able to play with it for a week though, as I am taking a little jaunt out the hills/woods for some r&r

Glad your camera was delivered! I was thinking maybe your camera was stolen........Now open the package and make sure is your ptz instead of a MarioKart set! :lol:

I also haven't install my ptz yet.
