Hello,

I added my ringbell DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) in my old NVR DS-7608NXI-K1 (firmware v4) with no issue. I can access camera and make trigger with motion detection.
I bought a DS-7608NXI-I2 (firmware v5) but impossible to add the ringbell with HIKVSION protocol.
It works with HIKVISION_RSTP protocol but impossible to have access to motion detection (not supported).

When I add the ringbell in the NVR with hikvision protocol I have a message : Device Type Mismatch (image joined)

Note I have access to motion detection option with ivms 4200 but impossible to have video/image to draw a zone (possible with my old K1). I tried a lot of plugin,webrowser,ie-tab...

Any idea ?

Thanks

Thanks a lot for this direct link to IE.

But I have always my problem with integration and the Device Type Mismatch on my new NVR v5.

yeaaa v5 is new and new coming bugs are appearing day after day. Cant help with that. What you can do is add Motion detection on Door station and hope NVR will pick its settings, just add record schedule at motion.

Try to add it via onvif

New firmwares but not working...
I registered to this forum because I had the same question as you but I've just figured it out by myself. It's not a bug or anything. A doorbell simply stopped being a video device and is now an access control device.

Go to device access ---> Device ---> Access control device: You will see that the doorbell will show up in the list of online devices and you can add it like that or by entering the details manually.
