From the release notes, I didn't see both these mentioned, and they are well worth the upgrade even if you don't have any problems in your current firmware.
1. Fixed h264+. The pulsating is gone, resulting in better image quality and even smaller recording sizes
2. Fixed day/night settings. You can now setup different image settings for day/night, and have autoswitch enabled. In the past, in order to use different day/night settings you had to manually schedule when the camera switched modes.
Just FYI in case anyone wants to give it a spin. The biggest problem with avoiding firmware updates unless you have something broken, is that manufacturers give imperfect details regarding what the new firmwares include - you pretty much have to test them and verify what new functionality may be present.
