Improving mobile app streaming quality

I have the latest version of Blue Iris 4 with the iPhone app. Streaming quality on the iPhone app is not so great, and I have plenty of bandwidth for greater quality. Can I force Blue Iris to stream to the app with greater quality?

Yes... webserver... uncheck limit bitrate...
