FWIW I would put Exp Comp back to 50, and turn Auto Iris back on. Im also not a fan of running an exposure range at night. Id do manual fixed 1/120

With 100w 1200 lumen bulbs in the coach lights you should be able to run color at 1/120 exposure. With a motion flood you'll get something like this
(5442 fixed 3.6mm bullets)

And here's during a power outage so no street lights, just my own powered by generator.

I tried color mode with current lights and it was a dark image at 1/120. I'll try again once I get the brighter lamps.

This is with your recommendations. Looks pretty good on first cap, but second not so much. I'm not sure why, since I'm closer to the IR and driveway lamp.

IR=100

Looks pretty good to me. Is IR manual/max?

Could play with Gain a little maybe 60

No question if i put 100 watt bulbs in the garage coach lights the image would be stellar. But that is lighting up the neighborhood like an ongoing lightning bolt. Would not go over very well.

You would be surprised how well it goes over once your camera captures the perp that stole something from a neighbor LOL. My neighbors now thank me for all my light LOL.

Remember... you want video/snapshot picture of someone to show to the Police. Your example picture from yesterday does the trick.
However, evil folks do not wear white clothing at night. Swap to blue jeans and black hoodie and then test again.
And looks like you need a birdhouse Lamp Post at the end of your driveway :)

Good point. I'll try that next time, however, the 90+ degree weather around here will make me suffocate with a hoodie on.
