In search of multi-unit front door solution ( villa station / apartment outdoor station )

Hi,

I was tasked to help find a security camera solution for a multi-unit apartment. ( small apartments bldgs - perhaps 4-8 units each ).

There may be a common locked entry way for access for some buildings, for others
Each apartment has a front door to the street but a common area / porch where all the doors are.

Ideally people can view who is ringing the door via their cell phones or internet connected devices.

Dahua has a number of products, and looking at their catalog this appears to be a potential candidate:

any thoughts on it? experience with it or similar products?

So far I have not been able to find anyone selling this.
