Hi, I need a few cameras for outdoor security. I have a Wyze indoor cam which works well, and I was going to use it to capture out windows, but the motion detection doesn't work through windows.

What would be the cheapest option for an outdoor cam with battery, motion detection, push notifications (android), with SD card.

Or, perhaps, indoor cams that would detect motion through windows.

Thank you!

A wyze camera with an outside case?
If you want a cheap camera, you have it. Wifi sucks, it has almost nothing for night vision,
it's not waterproof, it records to the cloud with only a week retention. That said, it works but for bare minimum only.
I have some, but they are used for locations (tower sites) where they will probably get stolen if found.

If you need a quality outdoor camera you will have to pay a little more.
For the price, you can't hardly beet the Amcrest (re-badged Dahua) 4Mp

then you will need a NVR or Blue Iris type of program to record on.

And welcome here, stick around, read all of the Wiki, and the tools to learn about cameras.
There are a lot of knowledgeable folks, and a few nuts here.
I'm sure you will find a couple of us bearable.
