Inexpensive Zoom, ptz Camara recommendation.

I am looking for a Zoom, Ptz camaras for my second house, it could be poe or wifi and being able to monitor on my phone, any recommendations would be appreciated.

What is your definition of "inexpensive".
Wifi should not be used with surveillance cameras.
