If no other helpful responses, try this:
- Hopefully the NVR is ONVIF compliant and if so, insure ONVIF is enabled.
- Power up cam with 12VDC adapter, POE injector or POE switch.
- Perform hard reset on camera.
- Wait at least a full minute.
- Assign PC static IP of 192.168.1.25, subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.
- Plug PC directly into camera if powered by 12VDC adapter or plug into cam's POE injector or POE switch.
- Open browser on PC and log into cam's embedded webGUI at 192.168.1.108.
- Enter (new) username and password for cam when asked.
- In "Settings", possibly under "Access Platform" insure ONVIF is enabled.
- In "Settings" =>"TCP/IP" select "DHCP" and click on "Save."
- Unplug 12VDC adapter if used, plug cam into NVR POE port.
- Wait to see if NVR locates camera; it may take several minutes.
- When camera is found by NVR, enter camera username and password that you gave the camera.
