Install locations and camera suggestions needed

You should get outdoor, UV resistant cable for a run which will be exposed to weather and sun.
 
I bought the same package on newegg and actually have a similar house setup. Will this work fine with other hikvision cameras like the newer 4MP ones? I am thinking of supplementing it with 2 additional cameras, one dome for front entrance, and one high resolution for general outdoor (front).

Will what work fine? What are you referring to? The NVR?
