Interference lines?

Hello all,
I hope I will find and answer among you here
One year ago I have installed a DVR iDS7104HQHI-M1-S and 4 cameras DS-2CE17DOT-LFS.
Since a few day ago one of the cameras started to have some horizontal lines like in the picture attached. This happened suddendly, nothing changed in the configuration or hardware.
I observed that is appearing only on the day time, during the night with IR on is not happening.
What can be the cause? Can be a defect, warranty related?

Could be one of a dozen things.

Power supply going bad
Power interference due to moving a cable to close to mains power
Cable deteriorating / connection deteriorating (moisture)
Other device plugged into same circuit as the power supply
Video balun going bad (if you used cat cable and baluns)
Literally a loose wire (especially if you are using baluns with cat5)
Camera going bad

Did it rain a lot there recently?

Probably 10 more reasons. I chased those kind of things for years and finally switched to an IP based system
