Ios Push Message Delays

Hi All, just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing delyaed push message alerts to their iDevices. It seemed to have happened with the version before 4.5.8.5 (the latest)

If I run a test push it sometimes takes 2-3 minutes before I get it, I have tested on Wifi and Direct on my carrier's LTE connect. Mail alerts seems to be working perfectly.

same here. very delayed. sometimes 5min

same here but I'm on android so it's not just an ios problem. I'm wondering if it's a problem with the cell carrier. I'm on Verizon.
