Using old cellphone as webcam with ip webcam app and blue iris as viewer.Works good,after a couple of days ip address changes on cell.Have 2 Foscam cameras,their ip addresses never change.How can I keep ip address firm on cell?Thanks

in your router use dhcp reservation to reserve the ip address for the phone.
