Good day everyone, maybe a stupid question.
the IP addresses of my cameras sometimes change from, for example, 158 to 159 as the last digits. Why is that? I then have to look up the camera with an IP scanner to change the address. Regards Adrie

+1^ to the 2 answers above.

When you log in, whichever it says it is at that time, either.158 or .159 as in the example you used, just check the "Static" mode then "Save".
You would need to do this to ALL of your cams.

Ideally, you should assign a unique, static IP address to ALL of your cams that is OUTSIDE of the router's DHCP pool. Your router hands out IP addresses to devices on your LAN that are set for DHCP and it uses IP's that are in a specific range, termed the router's "DHCP pool".

If you feel comfortable doing that, reply for instructions on how to log into your router to find out the range of that DHCP pool so you'll know what's free to use for your cams. BTW, the range of that pool can be changed and adjusted as well to suit YOUR needs.
