IP Cam event recording schedule - time set up

I have IP Cams installed in a place where I would like to set specific times for it to record, for example:

Mondays: from 7:00 to 10:00am (Record). from 10:00am to 11:00am(do not record. from 11:00am to 14:00(Record)
Tuesdays: ........

Is this really possible? If so, can I do it on the normal Hikvision software or only on the NVR/DVR software?

Just to be clear, I do not want it to be set on Motion detection, just by specific times, but multiple times throughout the day and week.

Yes - set the required times in the recording schedule. Probably easiest in the NVR web GUI.
