IP Camera showing no tx - rx link after lighting spike

This is looking at the camera. Pic is better - Normal -

But you get the picture. The camera doesnt work. Pins 12, 36 show open towards the camera. It's a ptz camera but all poe cameras look the same on this meter. It's DOA, will not power up via poe. It will power up via the 12v connector but has no activity on the test switch (non poe) and can't communicate with it.
Took it apart and this board - has a burn spot. - other side.

Pic's look ;ike shit....so the board sells for about 60 dollars. The PTZ is not top of the line.. Model: PDN49I425H-XR .......but worth 60.00 i think.
No way to know for sure this board will fix it.

I could never replace the chip. It's surface mount so the pins do not pass thru to the other side. The wires are good from the rj45 to the white connector, so it may be worth trying to buy the 48v power board ...
This ptz was painted by the customer so the waranty is void. They purchased a higher end replacement. I had 2nd thoughts after it went into the dumpster, pulled it out and brought it home.
Heck, I'd gamble $60 on it if:
- It's the right board and
- I was happy with it before the lightning strike.

It still has the preset and seems to be back working. It has been in service for some time but worth the 60 dollars......if it continues to work for awhile.

Judging by the IR it looks like it powered up!
It followed me around the basement. It helped i already knew the PW/Login we set on it almost 4 years ago. It's also dirty.
That can be VERY spooky.
But it blends in nicely with the basement, right?
