Melanie,

Welcome to the forum!

We'll neeed more details to come up with answers or hunches.
I have everything done like the instructions
And the system was working?

my internet went off the next day I had trouble connecting to camera
And this is when it stopped working?
Do you have other cameras? Are they still working?
Is the internet back on now? Can you surf the web (ie: reach the internet from your home network)
Any ideas why the "internet went off"? Maybe it wasn't the ISP (eg: comcast xfinity, Frontier, etc) Maybe a device on your network died (router, switch, etc)

I had trouble connecting to camera
How do you "connect to the camera?"
- is the camera connected to the internet? Or
- through an NVR?
- through a PC running Blue Iris?
How did you try to connect to the camera?
- through a laptop or pc connected to your home lan that contains the camera?
- With a remote viewing app on a cell phone or laptop connected to the internet?

passsord error device
What is the brand of your device(s) (Mfgr & model #)
Can you see the IR LEDs when it's dark (ie: camera is in nightime mode)

Where do I look to find it it's not on the box or camera itself
