IP camera works (almost) perfectly at night, lots of brake per day!

HI all, I have a DS-7104N-SN / P nvr recorder with ip camera connected to the POE port
ds-2cd2720f-i with firmware: 5.4.5 build 170123.
I installed lots of firmware on the NVR (3.0.7, 3.0.10, 3.0.14..) and ip camera always disappears and disconnected.
It seems that ds-2cd2720f-i has bugs: IP Camera Disconnect every couple of minutes. I'm crazy about it.
Camera have the latest firmware.
I notice the camera works perfectly at night and it has a lot of breaks per day!
what could be done here?

I haven't known it to be a problem with Hikvision cams but I've had daytime stream stability problems with cheap no-name cams before and the solution was to set iframe interval equal to frame rate.
